Das 2013 in Londrina, Brasilien, gegründete und heute in Berlin ansässige Trio besteht aus Thiago Franzim (Gitarre), Douglas Labigalini (Schlagzeug) und Lucas Klepa (Bassist und Sänger). Die Gründung geht auf die Kindheit der Mitglieder Thiago und Douglas zurück, die 2013, nach dem Einstieg von Lucas Klepa, ein für alle Mal das etablierten, was heute Red Mess heißt: ein tiefes, schiefes Erlebnis mit hohen Lautstärken, die irgendwie eine Art von innerer Wut ausdrücken und darstellen. Zurück in ihrer Heimatstadt Londrina hat die Musik von Red Mess ihre Wurzeln in kraftvollen Live-Auftritten. Diese Art von Erfahrung hat schon immer den phonographischen Ansatz der Studioproduktionen der Band geprägt und versucht, die Energie der Live-Konzerte einzufangen.
Formed in 2013 in Londrina, Brazil, and now based in Berlin, Germany, the trio has Thiago Franzim (guitar), Douglas Labigalini (drums) and Lucas Klepa (bassist and vocalist) in their line-up. Its creation dates back to the childhood of members Thiago and Douglas, who, in 2013, after the entry of Lucas Klepa, established once and for all what is now the Red Mess: a deep crooked experience with high volumes that somehow express and represent some sort of anger within. Back in their hometown, Londrina, Red Mess music has its roots in powerful live performances. This type of experience has always shaped the phonographic approach of the studio's productions of the band, therefore trying to capture the energy of the live concerts.
